I've never found compression hose that fit my oddly shaped legs- ankle as large as calf with dip in between. Usually, they can't get over my ankle. These fit well. I like these very much.
I do not know what compression ratio these are, but if I had to guess, I'd say these are close to my NuVein 15-20 Mmhg compression socks, except the fabric on these seem thicker.
BTW, 15-20 Mmhg compression is the standard over-the-counter compression level.

I tried these out and wore them all day. They went on very easily and I did not have to fight them at all! Yay. They stayed up all day, and did not creep down my leg! Yay! I am a large person, and in other brands I probably would have gotten XXL, but I went with the chart on the order page and these fit just right, in terms of my size. What I did find is that I would like them a little bit better if the ankle are fit a little more snug. The top of the calf fit just right but I still noticeably swelled a bit above the ankle.

Having chunky calves means many compression stockings cut into your legs in a painful way. This pair is wide enough to get on without too much of a struggle and tall enough that I actually had to turn down the top a little so it wouldn't cut into my knee.
I wasn't sure if I would like the open-toe, but it means that I can wear these with my flip flops or with sandals that have a toe strap
